HRD takes what is probably the most unique approach ever applied to induction
system modification. That uniqueness stems from owner Al Dicksen's
mastery of an exotic craft known as Thermo-Kinetic welding. As
a result of his diligence and expertise, Al has seen his HRD
prepared cylinder heads achieve a performance level that is unrivaled in drag racing and oval track competition.
All heads are machined on full 5-axis CNC machining centers
and then the chambers, valve pockets, and valve seat areas are
"finished by hand." This way HRD can tailor every set
of heads to each customer's needs. HRD works on aluminum castings
only and use copper alloy seats with custom made titanium valves.
